Getting started with Consult Me

The Public Inquiry Section lets you submit a legal question anonymously. All registered lawyers can see your inquiry, read the details you provide, and send you an offer if they can help.

Your name and contact details are not shown to any lawyer unless you decide to accept an offer. This makes it easy to get initial views or quotations while keeping your identity private.

Once you choose a lawyer, you can stay in touch through our secure chat. You can send text messages, and depending on the lawyer’s settings arrange voice or video calls.

Through the chat, you can also share documents, photos, audio or video clips, and even your current location if it helps explain your case.

You can book an appointment with any lawyer directly from their profile in the app. Choose the type of service you need, then pick the date and time that works for you.

You’ll receive in-app notifications and reminders so you don’t miss your consultation.

To start using ConsultMe, create a free account in the mobile app. Your email address is required to set up the account. Adding your phone number is optional, but we recommend it, as it makes it easier for lawyers to reach you when needed.
