From Users (Clients):

  • Full name and email address (for account creation and communication).
  • Optional phone number (for direct contact if permitted).
  • GPS location (only if explicitly allowed) to enable location-based services.
  • Information provided in consultation forms, messages, or attachments.

From Consultants (Lawyers):

  • Full name, email, and phone number.
  • Professional and licensing information issued by the Ministry of Justice.
  • Banking or payment details necessary for invoice payments.
  • Uploaded documents or legal templates.

We may also collect technical data such as IP addresses, device identifiers, and usage statistics for security and performance optimization.

3. Purpose of Data Collection

We collect your data to:

  • Register and manage your account.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and consultants.
  • Process secure payments through third-party payment providers.
  • Provide notifications, updates, and appointment reminders.
  • Improve user experience and enhance platform functionality.
  • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data to any third party. However, we may share limited information in the following cases:

  • With payment processing partners (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, BenefitPay, Apple Pay) to complete transactions.
  • With law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required by law.
  • With cloud service providers for secure hosting (e.g., AWS Bahrain Region).

All third parties are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection laws.
